About this webinar

K-12 leaders are facing some of today’s most pressing challenges—preventing drop out, keeping students on track for graduation, and preparing them for life beyond high school, all while creating supportive environments that reduce teacher burnout and improve retention.

While these challenges may seem overwhelming, the solution could be closer than you think. By leveraging the data you’re already collecting, you can monitor both students and staff in real time, delivering timely support exactly where it’s needed most.

In this session you’ll learn how to:

  1. Focus on the right metrics: Discover the research-backed indicators of student risk, college and career readiness, and teacher burnout that you may already be tracking but not fully leveraging.
  2. Prioritize with purpose: Learn how these critical data points can drive a more intentional and strategic approach to supporting both students and teachers.
  3. Hear from the field: Gain insights from real-world examples, data demonstrations, and stories from K-12 administrators who are using these strategies to overcome challenges and improve outcomes.

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of which metrics matter most, grounded in research that connects these metrics to key outcomes like high school dropout, teacher burnout, and college and career readiness. With this knowledge, you’ll be ready to make more strategic, data-driven decisions to drive student success and boost teacher retention.
