This spring, Frontline Technologies welcomed the 4,000th customer to the Aesop family. More districts are using Aesop than any other system for automated substitute placement and absence management.
More than 200 districts have chosen Aesop so far in 2014. Many of these districts were previously spending hours manually calling substitutes, including Parsippany Troy Hills Township School District (N.J.), Bossier Parish School Board (La.) and Irvine Irvine Unified School District (Calif.).
Others switched from other automated systems, including Pinellas County School District (Fla.), Capistrano Unified School District (Calif.), Temecula Valley Unified School District (Calif.), Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District (Calif.), Stratford Public Schools (Conn.) – all previous CRS Subfinder users – as well as Green Bay Area Public School District (Wis.) from eSchool Solutions and Clover Park School District 400 (Wash.) from Substitute Online.
Managing substitute teachers for the Affordable Care Act motivated many districts to move to Aesop, especially for the ability to track and manage weekly and monthly hours. Others chose Aesop to save time calling substitutes, improve tracking of employee absences and reduce paperwork in the central office.
